Perfect pancakes
How it should look like - Now do it better!
When I made these pancakes for the first time, I was impressed by how good they are - and most of all, that there is absolutely no need for eggs. Incredible!
Ingredients (6 pancakes)#
- White flour (not strong): 100 gr
- Unsweetened soya milk: 130-150 gr
- Sugar: 35-40 gr
- Baking powder: 8 gr
Method#
- Mix all the ingredients together (flour first and follow the order as per bullet points above), and whisk until you have dissolved the lumps
- In the meantime, heat up a non-stick pan and, if you want, put a drop of sunflower oil (not necessary if your non-stick works well)
- When the pan is warm (or the oil starts to sizzle), pour the mixture with a ladle and make the size you want
- When one side has solidified, flip to the other side and wait until it's fully cooked - usually it takes 2-3 minutes per pancake.
Tips#
You can serve them with whatever you want - maple syrup, jam, peanut butter, dry fruits and nuts. ENJOY!
