Environment
Animal farming is devastating for the environment. It’s the second most destructive industry on Earth after fossil fuel production. It is an incredibly inefficient diet because it drains natural resources (water and soil nutrients), it releases lots of pullution in the air and in the water - to provide only a small amount of the total calories we need, and less than half of the proteins we need.

Animals
Farmed animals – which include fish! – live a miserable life, and they suffer unnecessarily. To meet the constant demand of humans (especially in the West) who want to eat whatever they want whenever they want, animals are treated like production machines, kept in appalling conditions, with not recognition or care whatsoever that this creates immense suffering and distress. They do feel pain, and emotions, just like us.

Health
A vegan diet is, in many ways, beneficial for humans' health. Although the Western medicine has rarely talked a plant-based diet as part of a way to be healthy, there is increasing scientific evidence of how a vegan diet is beneficial for human's health. The benefits of a vegan diet are particularly evident for blood pressure, heart deseases, diabetes and colesterol. But there are lots of other implications too.
