This recipe is completely made up, but it came out quite nice! I got inspired by something I tried in a restaurant in London - panasian cuisine - and I tried to replicate it at home.

This is a soup with Cavolo nero and other ingredients. Honestly, the first time I saw a Cavolo nero I thought: WTF?? It just looks like you're eating grass, like a goat. But then you find out it's actually very tasty, and with the right mix of ingredients, it can be delicious.
Coronation chickpeas

This sandiwch tries to recall the "coronation chicken", but obvsiously doesn't have any chicken. Instead, we use chickpeas. I can't tell you how similar or different it is to a coronation chicken sandwich
Crespelle
How it should look like - Now do it better!
Crespelle are more widely known with their French name "crêpes". However, when I say "Crepelle" as a dish, I mean an oven-cooked dish with crepes filled with anything you'd like, and besciamella on top. Great for an indoor Sunday in Winter, it's a very filling and equally tasty dish!
Falafel

These are THE perfect falafels! They are delicious - I love them! And they are easy and quick to make. I've always thought falafels were much more complicated that this. Give it a try!
